Heading into 2019 at Mobbs Miller House

Christmas and New Year are a far flung memory as we leap towards Spring. The unusually warm weather has started the Daffodils blooming, always a sign of better things to come!

2018 saw a stable year at Mobbs Miller House, with a few tenants swapping offices to suit their individual requirements. The building remains at 100% occupancy which is very commendable. Generally there is a lack of smaller, good quality office spaces in the Northampton area. We like to think that Mobbs Miller House offers an environment that businesses feel meet all their needs. Many of our tenants are long-stay (some for 20 years!) and as our policy as a Landlord is to have an office on site, we are easily accessible for any issues arising that can be dealt with immediately. We have a backup team of tradesmen that we have worked with for many years that we can call upon when required.
